Managing Director
Shubhram Pandey is statistician by training & health economist by profession and have extensive experience of developing excel-VBA and R-Shiny based health economic models from scratch. Being a statistician, Shubhram has experience of performing survival analysis required for HTA submission ranging from standard parametric extrapolation to advanced methods like cure fraction and response based landmark modeling. Shubhram has also experience of working on real world datasets like MarketScan and Optum databases.

* She has a B.Sc. in Statistics and M.Sc. in Applied Statistics. Furthermore, her experience working on national-level projects demonstrates her ability to handle complex datasets.

* Most importantly his work includes building health economic evaluation models for Health technology Assessment(HTA) submission across globe. His casework includes a poster on topic related to managed entry agreements submitted in ISPOR conference 2023.
* Have experience in performing meta-analysis like network meta-analysis on packages such as Win BUGS. His other work includes writing Statistical analysis plan, proposals and bridging utility mapping.

* Currently, she focuses on Excel-based data analysis, including data filtering, preparing heterogeneity sheets, performing Network Meta-Analysis (NMA) using WinBUGS, and calculating distance matrices.
* Her expertise also extends to drafting protocols, writing proposals, and creating comprehensive presentations, with a primary focus on Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), particularly in NMA and meta-analysis projects.
