Meet our team

Shubhram Pandey

Managing Director

Shubhram Pandey is statistician by training & health economist by profession and have extensive experience of developing excel-VBA and R-Shiny based health economic models from scratch. Being a statistician, Shubhram has experience of performing survival analysis required for HTA submission ranging from standard parametric extrapolation to advanced methods like cure fraction and response based landmark modeling. Shubhram has also experience of working on real world datasets like MarketScan and Optum databases.


Barinder Singh

Director

Barinder has more than seven years of experience in health economics and outcome research. Barinder’s areas of expertise include systematic literature reviews, direct meta-analysis, Bucher’s ITC, Bayesian, and Frequentist NMA, economic modeling, HTA support, and training. Barinder has more than 30 peer-reviewed publications in medical and health outcome journals and has presented at multiple conferences. Barinder was previously a senior consultant with a large market access consultancy. Barinder has worked over a wide range of disease areas and across all stages of the product lifecycle.



Akanksha Sharma

Lead Statistician

Akanksha is working as a Lead Biostatistician in the Heorlytics team with more than 5 years of experience in driving projects based on standard and naive statistical methodologies in the healthcare industry and working on comparative effectiveness research projects including Bayesian and frequentist network meta-analysis for various indications and vaccines. Akanksha has successfully managed and contributed to various analytical projects and is fully involved at all stages from proposal writing to final delivery of project report.

* Supreet Kaur is a highly skilled Lead Statistician with over 5
years of experience in the healthcare field. She leverages her
deep understanding of R programming, statistical analysis, and
data interpretation to extract valuable insights from complex
healthcare data sets. Supreet is a continuous learner, staying
current with the latest advancements in R programming.
* Her statistical expertise includes applying a variety of models,
such as survival analysis and direct/indirect comparisons, to
uncover patterns and relationships within healthcare data.
Supreet’s proficiency in R, Stata, and MS Excel allows her to
work effectively across different data analysis tools.

* She has a B.Sc. in Statistics and M.Sc. in Applied Statistics.
Furthermore, her experience working on national-level projects
demonstrates her ability to handle complex datasets.

* Parampal Bajaj is an expert Health Economist Modeller with a
proven track record in developing and applying health economic
models, with 3+ years of experience. He has extensive experience in
building and customizing cohort and simulation-based health
economic models, specifically Cost-effectiveness, Budget impact,
and Markov models, for various oncology indications.

* Additionally, he is adept at conducting advanced survival analyses,
including standard parametric and non-parametric methods, mixture
models, and cure fraction models. These skills allow him to
integrate survival analysis estimates seamlessly into economic
models, ensuring long-term extrapolations.

* This comprehensive skillset positions Parampal as an asset in
navigating the complexities of economic modelling.

* Kushagra specializes in the stream of economics and applies
economic principles in the HEOR domain. He is working here as
an associate modeler.

* Most importantly his work includes building health economic
evaluation models for Health technology Assessment(HTA)
submission across globe. His casework includes a poster on topic
related to managed entry agreements submitted in ISPOR
conference 2023.

* Have experience in performing meta-analysis like network
meta-analysis on packages such as Win BUGS. His other work
includes writing Statistical analysis plan, proposals and bridging
utility mapping.




Neha tripathi


Neha tripathi

* A dedicated Associate at HEORlytic with a Master’s degree in
Pharmacy, specializing in Pharmacology, Neha possesses a
strong background in healthcare and clinical research, honed
through experience at AIIMS Bhubaneswar.

* Currently, she focuses on Excel-based data analysis, including
data filtering, preparing heterogeneity sheets, performing
Network Meta-Analysis (NMA) using WinBUGS, and
calculating distance matrices.

* Her expertise also extends to drafting protocols, writing
proposals, and creating comprehensive presentations, with a
primary focus on Health Economics and Outcomes Research
(HEOR), particularly in NMA and meta-analysis projects.

decisions and policy-making, ensuring that
interventions are both cost-effective and
beneficial to patient outcomes.
